I like baking?

I'm venturing into the world of baking - a world I once hated. Last night I tried making Minnie Mouse cupcakes - success! Brought them into work and they were a hit! Made chocolate cupcakes, used strawberry frosting, then decorated with white chocolate chips for the spots and used Oreos for the ears. Yum.
